  • The registration fees listed above are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from an accredited engineering institution. A copy of your student identification card must be supplied at the time of registration. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Cost: Included in Full Symposium registrations. Guest tickets available for $85 per person.

This will be the first official social event of HWRS 2020. The Welcome Reception provides you with the opportunity to relax and enjoy the company of colleagues and friends. 

MUNRO ORATION
Date:  Tuesday 22 September 2020
Time:  1700-1800 hours (refreshments)
           1800-1900 hours (presentation)
Venue: TBA
Dress code: Smart casual
Cost:  Included in Full Symposium registrations. Guest tickets available for $75 per person.

The C.H. Munro Oration was established in 1978 in recognition of the outstanding contribution made by the late Professor Crawford Munro to the science and practice of hydrology and water resources engineering in Australia. The Orator is selected by the National Committee on Water Engineering, after receiving nomination from the Symposium Organising Committee. The selected orator need not be an Australian or an engineer, but should be a person eminent in the field of water resources in Australia. The Orator receives an award, which is sponsored jointly by Engineers Australia, the Hydrological Society of South Australia and The Hydrological Society of Canberra.

CONFERENCE DINNER
Date:    Wednesday 23 September 2020
Time:   1900-2300 hours
Venue: National Wine Centre of Australia, Cnr Botanic & Hackney Rds, Adelaide
Dress code: Cocktail attire
Cost:   Included in Full Symposium registrations. Guest tickets available for $150 per person.

Join us to unwind at the Symposium dinner and enjoy delicious food and wine. Highlight of the evening will be the Hydrologic Games, to decide the coveted Cumec Trophy. Bring along your competitive spirit for an evening of laughs.
